Three years after living in a crammed 2 bedroom rental, the Koe's bid and won this 5 bedroom/5 bathroom foreclosed property, later realizing they needed to fill all that newly acquired space. After the house went under basic renovations, the common living areas and main bedrooms were addressed, following an eclectic approach in the decor, making the most out of their budget with gifted heirloom furniture pieces mixed with newfound articles from thrift shops and estate sales in the area.
